These shots were taken using a perferated filter which i simply fit into my zoom lense..I had to use a step down filter in order for it to fit. This film is also multi processed ( which means i wound it through the camera twise for some interesting and pot luck results :)
enjoy.

Locusts
Im now in my third project at uni and have been placed in the sculpture work area. I'm glad to be working further into this area but decided to take a fresh idea and work into it in detail.
I gave myself the title 'containment'
Ive prduced a desk full of works and spent a good few bob in charity shops and the 99p shop
I havent got round to documenting my desk yet but watch this space!!
I'm also looking at the notion of life and death...comedy/tradgedy.
I was back in Ipswich at the weekend for my new tattoo ( comedy tragedy mexican day of the dead skulls :D)
and decided to buy some locusts from a pet shop; my original intention was to just include them as part of a sculpture.. but i took them home moved them into a larger container and fed them some grass...I decided that I will use them as part of a sculpture but I want to keep them as pets and let them die or natural causes...they would have just been eated by lizards anyway..I find their colours and markings visually pleaseing and They are good to draw too.
So anyway here are some photos I took using rosies DSLR last night...enjoy
